One of the key ways we track the performance of our current and future service markets is through Delta Associates, Transwestern’s independent research subsidiary. Each quarter, Delta distributes market reports to clients, which identify the issues most affecting area lease and occupancy rates, employment trends, construction starts, etc. That information and more is provided by Delta in order to better inform and advise our clients and to implement our “big picture” strategy for a prudent and well-planned growth throughout the San Antonio area.
